1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (EE/ME)， with 3 to 5 years working experience.
2.Work directly in manufacturing environment.
3.PPAP & APQP Experience.
4.Good skills of stamping process improvement.
5.Familiar with tooling and stamping mold
6.Familiar with Preventive Maintenance of stamping machine.
7.Be familiar with stamping material properties.and good experience for 8.qualities controlled. Good analytical skills.
9.Having the right skill of trouble shooting， root cause analysis， right QC tools and able to find ultimate solution.
10.Able to show leadership and coordinate among the Production，
11.Engineering and SQE for driving the process capability.
12.Detailed oriented and Effective English.
